About the Company

Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of crown, pilfer-proof, Maxi-series, plastic, and composite caps used as bottling and container seals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Be attached to the HRD Section Head to develop people and organizations, focusing on People strategy formulation and encouraging employee engagement and performance development.
  • Develop and execute - Performance and Goal Management, including individual development plan. Strengthen and install company's core value to employees using available resources.
  • Implementing the process improvement projects related to human resources to improve processes, concepts, skills and knowledge to support business operations.
  • Design and implement OD programs, systems and interventions such as Competency Development Career Management Planning, CSC Values development, talent management, succession planning etc.
  • Executing and deploying the policy of HR to business operation.
Experience requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in HRD or HROD.
  • Ability to manage projects under scope of works (People Management Policy, Performance Management, Talent Management, People Transformation, Change Management)
  • Possess a strategic thought with ability to multitask, effectively prioritize and working under tight pressure/deadline
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and logical thinking skills
  • Strategic mind-set, ability to think long term/ creatively and strong ‘can-do’ attitude a must
  • Solid analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of English and Computer literate especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Human Resources or related fields.
